Today there are 18 cooperatives that provide services to Indupalma made up of 899 workers; 1 cooperative made up of 59 women, and 05 cooperatives whose members no only generate revenue, but that are proud owners of the land and crops they work in for the present and the future of their families.  The cooperatives are permanent capacities in crop administration for the improvement of their work each day, which are able to strive for self improvement without taking away from their administrative, financial and accounting management. 

This program of ownership generation, made possible in part by the Expansion Project of Palmera Front looks to return to the countryside an alternative of progress and wellbeing in our country and that palm-tree be converted in to wealth generating  and diverse products at the same time, having both perspectives of utilization as is the case with biodiesel, made in the future.
