This is a fat in liquid or semi-solid form, depending on the surrounding temperature, that contains 50% saturated fatty acids, 40% single  unsaturated acids and 10% polyunsaturated fatty acids and that are equal to all vegetable oils containing insignificant levels of cholesterol.

24 years of reasearch and pursuit has resulted in the obtaining of what is called hybrid seed inter-specific-hybrid, between the African palm-tree E.guineensis and the American palm-tree E. oleífera-Coari.  This seed produces valuable chemical properties in the oil – that is obtained through their produce – those that give superior quality and allow for the positioning of new and improved uses in the agro-industrial production chain.
